Why? The Journey Donating The Team Charities Sponsors Press Coverage Essential Items Contact

This event has featured in a number of articles in local newspapers and reports on the local news stations. The attention which  will be received on a drive of over 10,000 miles around the world in a noisy, slow car full of character is undeniable. The car presents itself as a unique opportunity to advertise and I am able to offer your company space for stickers on the vehicle if you choose to donate, along with a clearly visible link to your company from the team website.

In return for advertising space on the vehicle itself, this website and media exposure all you need to do is help me out.

The rally is by no means a cheap experience. Of course I have chosen to take on this role and if needs be will cover the costs myself, however it would be highly beneficial to the viability of the trip if some of the costs could be covered by corporate sponsorship. The outlay that has been made thus far includes the following and is completely non-refundable as the vehicle is auctioned off for charity in Mongolia (assuming it makes it).

Vehicle: Suzuki Vitara 1994 1.6 16 valve: £400
Insurance: £180
Tax: £99
MOT: £45
Car Maintenance: £150 so far
Visas: unknown at the moment
Mongolia Charity Rally Sign up fee: £150
Worldwide Travel Insurance: £100

Fuel will be a big cost and I have budgeted £1,000.

If you or your company can donate any amount to help with these costs please do so using the PayPal link below or preferably contact me directly so we can discuss your wishes.

I would be equally grateful for and will thoroughly appreciate any in kind donation of equipment/spare parts for the vehicle and for myself. If you feel you may be able to offer any such items then I would really like to hear from you. If you have any queries as to what these items may include then please have a look at the Essential Items page for an idea of what will be required.

All funds unused will be donated directly to the charities.

Here is a list of our sponsors, all of whom I am extremely grateful to for supporting the team and the rally.
